Rusdene Services Ltd has a long history in the fuel industry. Opening our first service station in 1986 and have owned and run many petrol stations since. Rusdene Services currently operates five service stations located across the South of England.
In November 2025 Rusdene Services Ltd was acquired by SGN limited an independently owned petrol forecourt operator trading across the UK from over 113 sites. Founded in 2016, SGN is now one of the Top 5 Independent groups of forecourts in the UK.

Since the late 1980s the petrol industry has diversified and Rusdene Services has stayed ahead of the curve, we recognised the importance of retail convenience and that’s been a key feature of our success. From an early stage, we adopted the food-on-the-go model – which has become the industry trend, and we were one of the first operators to sell alcohol from our petrol retail shops.
Rusdene Services now works with major national brands to deliver products and services that our customers need quickly and reliably. Our petrol stations have either Budgens or Londis convenience stores and we work with big brands and local suppliers to sell a diverse range of items such as, milk, eggs, bread, wine, and hot snacks and coffee. Over the years, we have sold Esso, Total and Shell fuel; we are now licensed with BP. Find out more about our key partners.
Our business has also invested and re-invested heavily in our infrastructure, developing our station sites to ensure Rusdene Services’ continued success – keeping ahead of the changing fuel industry to provide relevant services to our customers. All of our sites have Instavolt electric car charging points. We opened the first Vapestore within a store, at our Waterlooville Service Station and have now added another at Lee on Solent.
